The China Acrobats Association held special performances in Beijing, Zhuhai and Luoyang city to celebrate the "World Circus Day"

　　On April 20, 2019, the China Acrobats Association held special performances in Chaoyang Theater, Agricultural Science Wonder Phoenix Theater and Sui and Tang Dynasty Circus Theatre which located in Beijing, Zhuhai and Luoyang city respectively to celebrate the world circus festival - "World Circus Day". The performances are highly praised by people from all aspects of society for their superb skills, warm atmosphere and brilliant performances. This has played an important role in promoting the prosperity and development of circus.

　　The "World Circus Day" was launched by Princess Stephanie of the Principality of Monaco in 2009. It is proposed that 11 member organizations of the Fédération Mondiale du Cirque jointly hold the "World Circus Day" on the third Saturday of April each year, so as to raise public concern about circus art, protect circus culture and promote the prosperity and development of circus art. The first event was held in 2010, and this year is the 10th "World Circus Day".

　　In 2012, China Acrobats Association joined the Fédération Mondiale du Cirque as a group member. Every year, relevant activities are held to celebrate the "World Circus Day". We sincerely invite all circus troupes to take the initiative to join in the celebration of the "World Circus Day" and contribute to the prosperity and development of circus art.
