In 2015 Globe of Death by Henan Acrobatics Troupe set a new Guinness World Record with 12 motorcycles riding simultaneously for 20 seconds in one cage.
In 2015 Hand-stand Balancing Act and Lassos Act by the Acrobatic Troupe of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps won the Gold Medal at the 17th Latina International Circus Festival of Italy
China’s circus gives a boost to China’s culture going global and fully serves the major-country diplomacy. Taking an active part in such cultural events as “Chinese Culture Year”“Chinese Culture Week”“Chinese Culture Festival”“Happy Chinese New Year”“Experience China” and “Culture of China, Festival of Spring”, China’s circus artists presents a true, multi-dimensional, and panoramic view of China with their unique expressions of art. In 2016 Tianjin Acrobatic Troupe participated in the special evening gala of China & Mexico Hand in Hand -- the Mexico Night of China-Latin America Cultural Exchange Year.

Since 2012, in pursuit of more creative, amazing and challenging effect, Chinese circus artists have been bravely making breakthroughs so as to scale new heights in circus art. They have taken part in diverse festivals and competitions at world level with a wide range of acts. In more than ten international competitions held in Monaco, France, Russia, Italy, Hungary, Ukraine, Spain, Kazakhstan, U.S. and Australia, they won more than 300 awards and medals by showcasing to the world the superb skills, outstanding artistic pursuit and unique artistic charm of China’s circus.
